Sago Mini Boats app good for
My 3 year old boy had been after me for the last 4 days, leading up to release of this app, to get it for him. He was always so upset when I said "Not yet, three more days", then "two more days," etc.
Now that its out, hes happy, so Im happy.
It was the first thing he asked for when I woke up the morning it came out. It captured his attention all the way on the drive to daycare, and then all the way on the drive home from daycare.
Nice job.
My 5 year old has loved Sago Mini apps since he started playing with them 2 years ago. The squeals of joy that came out of him when he started playing Boats the other day were an unmistakable 2 thumbs up!
I didnt think Boats could win over Cars (from a Sago Mini Road Trip), but I happily stand corrected. Our little guy cant get enough of Boats. Shark boat is his favourite along with "ice cream island". Well played Team Sago, well played.
My two year old loves all of these games, I recommend them all! Well made, user friendly, beautiful graphics and lots of fun, sometimes I find myself playing them! Haha.
I love this game so much!!! It is so worth the money and the animation is great!!!! I love all the sago mini games!! And Im 12!! It is for all ages!!! And the toca boca games are also great!!! I think you should get this game!!! Have a good day!!❤️
Some bad moments
The reviewers saying the boat is touchy must have kids that mash the screen and touch indiscriminately around the boat. Cruising in the air, underwater, fast and slow, the only way I could lose the suitcase is if I intentionally touched and flung it away.
And if your kids are "distressed" by accidentally losing an infinitely replaceable cartoon suitcase, maybe they ought not to play iPad games until they improve their coping skills.
Ive gotten so many sago mini games for my son, hes 6 and very bright, but he still enjoys the simplicity, cuteness, and sandbox style attitude. Another good one, sago sago. Well worth the cost.
My 2-year-old loves the Road Trip app so I assumed this one would be similar. I like that it seems as if there are more things to discover in this one, but its so easy to accidentally knock the suitcase out of the boat and that makes my kid upset! "Oh no! Its sinking!" I actually find it annoyingly easy to lose the suitcase.
Edit to reviewer rkckes: no, my 2yo doesnt mash the screen. Shes very gentle. Dont insult other peoples children when you write a review. Try to stay polite, okay? (I, on the hand, do fling the boat around the screen. I admit to that.)
My 2 year old loves this app (along with all the other Sago Mini apps).
Lots of cool things to explore for a 2 year old.
This is a great simple app for children to keep them busy. The animations are beautiful and fun! I was able to download when it was free for a limited time. Not sure if Id pay the original 2.99 for this but I can do free. This app should remain free or be only .99 cents. For 2.99 it should have mini games, coloring, matching.. Etc as you stop at each island. as it is though, the app is great. Its just very basic, great for very young. Basic, but beautiful
